We believe a more diverse set of voices in the political and policy arena will create a stronger New Jersey. We’re focused on supporting women who are problem-solvers and pragmatists and are focused on taking on the big issues.

We support candidates who care about more than just getting elected - they care about getting things done. The women we support are results-oriented, reject extremes, are willing to work across the aisle, and bring diversity to the policy-making arena.

We don’t claim to have all of the answers and we aren’t looking for candidates who do. Diverse – and sometimes divergent - viewpoints will lead to better, more sustainable solutions to our most pressing problems. 

We don’t have to agree on everything all of the time. We aren’t defined by national party platforms and we don’t have a litmus test for candidates. 

We don’t have to disagree on everything all of the time. We reject extremists on both sides. We support bipartisan cooperation to achieve those objectives and believe a healthy two-party system can effectively foster that cooperation while keeping a check on irresponsible policies and practices. 

New Jerseyans want common-sense solutions, responsible spending, and data-driven policies. Women are collaborative leaders who excel at finding the common ground. Our state will be stronger with a more diverse set of voices in the political and policy arena.
